This chapter will explore how overcoming ego and fear with humility and hope can free us to pursue our art with purpose, independent of others' criticism or approval.

Chapter 3: Process: Work and Play
This chapter explores how to find a balance between serious work and playful creativity in our art practice.

Chapter 4: Emptied to Overflowing
This chapter explores the importance of letting go to make room for growth, enabling us to live a more abundant and creative life.
